This is videngineer's single controlling refund and cancellation policy. It applies to subscription plans and one-time credit top-ups bought through videngineer.
You may cancel a monthly subscription at any time from the billing portal linked in your account. Cancellation stops the next renewal, and your paid plan remains available until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for the unused remainder of a billing period.
If a new subscription is not right for you, email [email protected] within fourteen calendar days of the charge. Provided no credits were used during that period, we will refund the charge to the original payment method. Once credits have been used in the period, the charge is no longer refundable. Processing time after we issue a refund is controlled by your bank or card provider.
Subscription renewal charges are not covered by the fourteen-day promise. If you believe a renewal was duplicated, charged after a timely cancellation, or otherwise incorrect, contact us promptly so we can review and correct it.
Purchased credit packs expire twelve months after the date of purchase. A pack is refundable within fourteen calendar days of purchase only while no credit from that pack has been used. Once any credit in a pack has been used, the pack is non-refundable — the underlying compute cost is incurred the moment a credit is spent. Purchased credits are non-transferrable and have no cash value. No refund or credit is provided for used, partially used, expired, or forfeited credits, except where required by law or where videngineer confirms the service was not delivered.
Beyond the rights described above, any refund is granted at videngineer's sole discretion. We may issue goodwill refunds or credits in individual cases without creating an obligation to do so in others.
For duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, or material service failures, contact us at [email protected]. We will review the transaction and the service record. Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights or other remedies that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Email [email protected] from the address on your videngineer account and include the approximate purchase date. We may ask for the Stripe receipt or invoice number so we can find the correct payment.
